The Luke Plaza offered a spacious room with stunning views of Nagasaki, especially during sunset. The breakfast was excellent, featuring a combination of Western and Japanese dishes. The comfortable beds and availability of extra pillows made for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the shuttle service provided easy access to Nagasaki station and the Inasayama observatory for breathtaking night views of the city.
The location is inconvenient for those without a car.

I almost considered giving a good review, but absolutely not. They refused us access to the restaurant terrace for photos, a true travesty. The outdated decor did not reflect the cost I paid, and yes, paper cups for breakfast? Really? As a special guest, I woudl ve been expecting some complimentary treats, but received nothing instead.

The hotel has a stunning view of the city of Nagasaki.
I found the location to be quite inconvenient. it’s high up on a hill, making it a challenge to walk to the city. Additionally, the lack of restaurants or convenience stores nearby was disappointing. On the third night, I had an issue with the toilet where the water wouldn't stop running, which added to my frustration.

The stunning view of the harbor from the room was a highlight, especially during sunset. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, featuring homemade pies and jams that enhanced the dining experience. However, the hotel's location on a hill makes public transport necessary to reach many attractions, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, there were limited dining options nearby, forcing reliance on the hotel restaurants.

This hotel was a well-suited match for a holiday in Nagasaki with very good value for money. The beds were comfortable, and we were able to request additional pillows with no problem. Make sure to pack snacks or light meals since there aren’t many eateries nearby.

Had a great stay with friends! The breakfast buffet was delicious with both Western and Japanese options. We explored the beautiful Peace Park and the fascinating Museum of History. The hotel offers a free shuttle to downtown, which was super helpful. It’s definitely a nice spot for enjoying the stunning night views of the city from the observatory.
The location was a bit challenging to navigate without a car, making it hard to reach some attractions, especially Chinatown and the Atomic Bomb Museum without planning ahead.
